Snow

Winter has arrived to Switzerland

Just a small update from here. The winter arrived 25.11.05 this year to Switzerland. In the morning, as I viewed a glimpse through the curtains, all the scenery was white. In many ways, it was beautiful, all bright, clean and shiny. Few inches of snow was covering everything. I had to go to work by walking, as the downhill is too steep to go with a bike if it's even a little slippery. As I saw on TV, also many other West-European countries had their share of the snow. There was some train accident in Scotland due to a landslide caused by the snow.

The funny part, Finland, which is quite far up north, doesn't have this much snow at the moment.
