In case you read Japanese with Firefox, but your Japanese isn't that good, there's great add-on for Firefox, called Rikaichan (U). It translates on the fly as you hover the mouse over kanji or kana.

Then again, if you're already browsing through Japanese menu, maybe you don't need help with Japanese :)
